The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa

Updated: Jun 28, 2018

Today we will be reviewing the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa. This was a little staycation for us but, in any event, I will leave a review to share my experience.

LOBBY: A very spacious lobby overlooking Lake Las Vegas. There is a small gift shop and a marketplace where you can grab food and drinks and take it back to you room. The restaurants are also located off of the lobby.

ROOM: I had booked the Presidential Suite. This one bedroom suite is 1,594 sf overlooking Lake Las Vegas. The majority of the suite consisted of a large living and dining room. The TV did have a Bose sound system. There was also a small butler's pantry but where was my butler? Other than that, everything was standard that you would get in any other room. The room did show some wear. It could use a renovation.

BATHROOM: The suite had a large marble bathroom with tub and separate shower. No luxury bath toiletries or bath salts for the tub. No Slippers. Did not feel "Presidential."The was a half bath upon entering the suite.

POOLS: The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa does have two pools. One of the pools has a waterside for kids. There is also an outside dinning area where you can enjoy food by the pool.

MY RATING: 3 out of 5 stars. I thought it was pretty lackluster.

THE DAMAGE: Staying at The Westin Lake Las Vegas cost me $677 per night which includes taxes and "resort fees."
